"We purchased a used 5th wheel from you last month and we wanted to let you know how well we were looked after by all your staff. We live in Winnipeg and found the used 5th wheel online. We talked to Susan in sales and she was very helpful with the information on the trailer, even sent us additional photos. She let us know what we needed to do to purchase the trailer and prepare ahead of time if we hauled it home the same day. She had some concerns about the pin height to our truck hitch height. She had Trevor call us to get measurements and ensure the height wouldn't be a factor before we made the trip to see it. The day we came to Thunder Bay was the same week Susan was going to Indiana to the Jayco factory. She said to come look at the trailer while she was away and that she would get things started and have Ben look after us when we got there. Ben and Elvin walked us through the process of viewing the trailer, financial, insurance, and other details. Your admin assistant, Kaileigh, helped them out too. Dean went over everything and answered all questions and fixed up a few little things for us. Overall, the process was enjoyable and easy thanks to your amazing staff. "I recently purchased a 2015 Fish Hawk 1650 from your Centre and I want to share a few observations from my experience with your staff. Quite frankly, I have to say that it was probably the best buying experience I've ever been a part of. Dealing with the folks at your shop... from my initial contact (by e-mail with miss Susan Komar-Lundberg at the beginning of March) to the day I picked up the unit (April 28) was a breeze and a pleasure. The way the whole thing unfolded was quite impressive. Being a new client from Hearst (500Ks away), making the whole process run smoothly was certainly a bit of a challenge but it all went so well. All my questions and concerns were quickly answered (either on the phone or by e-mail). So I tip my hat to Susan in Sales, Carol in Finance, Josh in Parts and Ted in the Shop who gave me the demo on the unit and the rest of the staff... they were professional, courteous, responsive, efficient, patient... I could go on and on… and all had a smile on their face throughout the whole process. (Something I find is deficient in a lot of service sector businesses these days). So I will certainly spread the word around these parts.... if you want excellent service, go see the folks over at Smith's RV in TBay. You won't be disappointed. Again kudos to your staff !!"
